Meet Lexi, founder of Finn’s Ice Cream, a Colorado-based company creating nutrient-dense, delicious dairy products using simple, thoughtfully sourced ingredients and locally inspired foods.
Becoming a mother shifted the way Lexi viewed nourishment. It sparked a deeper curiosity about where our food comes from, how it is grown, and how we can return to simple, whole ingredients that support both our bodies and our communities.
