In this powerful and practical workshop, you’ll explore the DISC model, a time-tested behavioral framework based on the work of psychologist Dr. William Moulton Marston. The DISC model identifies four core behavioral styles:
Dominance – control, assertiveness, and drive
Influence – social connection, enthusiasm, and persuasion
Steadiness – patience, reliability, and calm support
Conscientiousness – precision, structure, and attention to detail Whether in personal relationships, professional settings, or team dynamics, this workshop will help you recognize and adapt to different styles for more effective and harmonious communication. You’ll learn how to: * Understand your own communication style—strengths and blind spots * Identify and interpret the four DISC behavioral types * Navigate interactions between different styles with confidence * Apply do’s and don’ts when dealing with each style * Use practical strategies to improve team collaboration * Profile others for better understanding and influence Gain insights you can apply immediately to improve communication, reduce conflict, and strengthen your relationships—both personally and professionally.
