Mana Flow is a place for people to bring their ideas, skills, practices and passions into community.
We collaborate with facilitators, practitioners, artists, educators, musicians, makers and curious humans who have something they'd love to share.
Maybe you have an established offering.
Maybe you have an idea you've been wanting to try.
Maybe you're looking for the right community to bring it to.
Bring what you have. Let's explore what's possible.

Because community is better when more people bring their gifts.
We don't believe Mana Flow should be built around one person's ideas, practices or perspective.
The collective becomes richer when different people bring different things.
A skill.
A practice.
A perspective.
A passion.
A creative idea.
A way of gathering people.
You don't have to fit a particular mold.
We're interested in what you want to share and how it might create a meaningful experience for others.

We're currently accepting proposals for experiences that invite people to participate.
We're open to a wide range of offerings, including:

Workshops & Classes
Teach a skill, share knowledge or explore a topic you're passionate about.

Family & Children
Play, nature, parenting, education and experiences designed for families.

Community Gatherings
Circles, conversations, shared meals, seasonal experiences and opportunities to connect.

Wellness & Movement
Breathwork, meditation, yoga, massage, movement and other wellness practices.

Nature & Homesteading
Gardening, food, animals, practical skills and ways of connecting with the land.

Retreats & Immersions
Deeper experiences that unfold over a day, weekend or longer.

Creative Experiences
Art, music, writing, making, crafting and creative expression.

Ceremony & Ritual
Meaningful gatherings that mark, celebrate or explore life's moments.

Open To Possibilities
And we're always open to something we haven't thought of yet.
If you have an idea, tell us about it.

You Don't Have TO Have It All Figured Out
Have an idea but not a finished offering?
That's okay.
Maybe you've been thinking about teaching something.
Maybe you've always wanted to host a gathering.
Maybe you've been looking for a place to test a new workshop.
Maybe you have an idea that doesn't fit neatly into a category.
You don't need a perfect proposal to start a conversation.
Tell us what you're imagining.
We'll see what we can create together.
Ways To Work Together
One Time Experience
Bring a workshop, gathering or offering to the community once.
Seasonal
Create an experience that returns throughout a season or part of the year.
Ongoing
Build something that becomes part of the Mana Flow rhythm.
Co-Create
Partner with another facilitator or work with Mana Flow to develop something new.
Retreat/ Immersion
Bring your work into a deeper, longer-form experience.

You bring the experience. We help create the container.
Depending on the collaboration, Mana Flow can provide:

Space
Indoor and outdoor gathering areas designed for intimate experiences.
Event listing
Your offering can be added to the Mana Flow calendar and website.
Promotion
We'll share selected offerings through our community channels, social media and email.
Community
An opportunity to connect with people already exploring experiences at Mana Flow.
Collaboration
Potential opportunities to co-create with other facilitators and members of the collective.
The strongest gatherings are shared efforts.
We'll help spread the word, and we ask facilitators to bring their own community into the invitation too.

A small space for meaningful gatherings.

Mana Flow is currently a cozy mountain gathering space designed for intimate experiences.

We currently accommodate up to 15 guests and offer indoor and outdoor gathering areas, natural surroundings, tables and chairs, floor seating and basic amenities.

It's intentionally small.

The size allows for conversation, participation and actual connection between the people in the room.

Tell us what you're imagining.
Our facilitator questionnaire helps us learn about you, your work and the experience you'd like to share.

It doesn't need to be perfect.
Just give us enough to start the conversation.
