Mana Flow is built by people who believe life is meant to be experienced—not perfectly figured out.
We're a growing collective of people who bring different backgrounds, practices, perspectives and gifts into the community.

Some of us facilitate experiences.
Some create.
Some care for bodies.
Some gather people together.
Some bring ideas to life.

We're all here because we love creating spaces where people can connect, explore and experience something meaningful together.

I don't believe there's one right way to live a meaningful life.

I've spent much of my life exploring different practices, perspectives, relationships, communities and ways of being. And I've learned that the most meaningful discoveries usually happen when we're given enough space to get curious.
To ask better questions.
To try something new.
To notice what lights us up.
To pay attention to what matters.
My role at Mana Flow isn't to tell you who you should be or what your life should look like.
I'm here to create the space for exploration.
Sometimes that looks like a gathering around a fire. Sometimes it's a conversation, a ceremony, a workshop, a wellness experience or simply bringing people together around an idea.

My background spans coaching, relationship work, somatic and body-based practices, sound, Huna, intuitive and spiritual practices, creativity and community building.

I don't see these as a formula.
They're simply different lenses I've gathered along the way and different ways of creating experiences that invite curiosity, connection and possibility.

At the heart of it all is a question I keep coming back to:
What makes life meaningful to you?
I don't think I have the answer.
I think you do.
And sometimes having the right space, people and experiences around you can help you discover it.

Massage is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to the wisdom of your body. Mana Flow Collective creates a calm, nurturing space where you can soften, release tension, and simply be. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet you where you are, supporting your body’s natural capacity for balance, healing, and restoration.
I graduated from massage school in Crested Butte, CO, in 2012. After building a thriving massage practice there, I had the privilege of returning to teach at my alma mater, Mountain Heart School of Bodywork and Transformation. Among the courses I taught, prenatal and postpartum massage held a special place in my heart, planting a passion that has only deepened over the years.
In 2013, I traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I earned my Thai Massage certification at Sunshine Massage School. The experience broadened my perspective on bodywork and continues to influence the intuitive, holistic approach I bring to each session.
I’ve been practicing massage since 2012, though in recent years my work has naturally ebbed and flowed as I’ve embraced one of life’s greatest callings—raising my three children. Becoming a mother has profoundly shaped the way I care for others. It has given me an even deeper appreciation for the physical, emotional, and transformative journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and it has strengthened my commitment to supporting women through these sacred seasons.
While I welcome clients in every stage of life, I feel especially called to care for those during pregnancy and postpartum. My intention is to offer skilled, compassionate touch that helps you feel supported, restored, and at home in your body.
I believe that caring for ourselves is a meaningful part of living well. When we feel supported in our own bodies, we’re better able to show up for our families, our communities, and the world around us. It is an honor to be part of your journey toward greater ease, vitality, and well-being.

MORE PEOPLE. MORE PERSPECTIVES. MORE WAYS TO EXPERIENCE.
Mana Flow isn't meant to be built around one person.
As the collective grows, so does the range of experiences, skills, perspectives and ideas within it.

Our collaborators and facilitators bring their own practices, passions and expertise. From wellness and movement to music, creativity, family experiences, ceremony, education and beyond.

Everyone brings something different.
That's part of what makes a collective a collective.
Were still figuring it out, too.
Mana Flow is growing and changing as we do.
We're learning, experimenting, creating, gathering and seeing what wants to grow next.

You don't have to arrive with everything figured out.
Neither do we.
That's part of the fun.

Come meet us. Come experience something. Come see what happens.

LIVE INTO IT.
