Full-Service Planning & Coordination Allow us to design and coordinate your experience from start to finish. Cancellation Policy
Mana Flow Collective Booking & Appointment Policy Last Updated: 7/20/2026 Appointments with Mana Flow Collective are reserved especially for each client. When you book an appointment, that time is held specifically for you and may prevent another client from scheduling during that time. Because of this, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or transferred to a future appointment, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. Missed Appointments & No-Shows Missed appointments and no-shows may be charged the full scheduled service amount. Unexpected Circumstances We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. Cancellation fees may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to approach these situations with care, understanding, and discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking & Appointment Policy.
