A Journey of Soulful Connection, Ceremony, and Remembering Join us once a month for a sacred ceremony of community, connection, celebration, and creation — open to all who feel called to step into this transformative space. In this gathering, we come together to honor the rhythms of life and the sacredness of our shared journey. Through a harmonious blend of yoga, meditation, and sound bath, we align our bodies, minds, and spirits—creating space for deep connection and joyful celebration. With loving presence and open hearts, we hold space for one another, embracing the collective experience of transformation and creation. As we unite in music and kirtan, we raise our voices in sacred song, honoring the unity and divine spark that connects us all. This is a space to surrender, reflect, heal, and return to our truest selves — held in the loving embrace of community. Let us gather in ceremony. Let us breathe, reflect, and celebrate. Let us rise together in the light of our shared journey. Together, we’ll sip this sacred brew and explore how it can support embodiment, creativity, and soul remembrance. You’ll be invited to connect with the plant, with yourself, and with community in a meaningful and grounded way. Cancellation Policy
Mana Flow Collective Gathering & Event Booking Policy Last Updated: 7/20/2026 When you register for a gathering, workshop, ceremony, retreat, or community event with Mana Flow Collective, your space is reserved specifically for you. Registration numbers may be limited, and preparation, supplies, food, facilitator coordination, and other arrangements may be made based on the number of registered participants. Because of this, all event registrations are nonrefundable. Cancellations & Transfers If you are unable to attend a gathering, workshop, ceremony, or event, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible. When notice is provided, your registration may be transferred to a future Mana Flow Collective gathering or offering, subject to availability and applicable event terms. A transfer is not guaranteed for every offering and may be subject to availability, expiration dates, or other conditions communicated at the time of transfer. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made shortly before an event and missed events or no-shows may not be eligible for a transfer. Because preparation and expenses may occur in advance, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed events. Event Changes or Cancellations by Mana Flow Collective If Mana Flow Collective must cancel or significantly change an event, registered participants will be notified and may be offered a transfer to a future offering or another appropriate option, depending on the circumstances. Unexpected Circumstances We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. Requests for exceptions or transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Mana Flow Collective. We will always do our best to approach these situations with care, understanding, and discretion. By registering for a Mana Flow Collective gathering, workshop, ceremony, retreat, or event, you acknowledge and agree to this Gathering & Event Booking Policy.
